Hello Spring, finally! Baltimore and Harford County Photographer BKLP

Do you hear that? We can finally open up the windows and hear the sounds of children playing and birds chirping. After a lonnnnnnnnng winter, spring has finally sprung around here. I love the colors of spring, and it's the perfect time to get yourself a BKLP Mini-Session!

The number one question clients ask about is outfits. Every BKLP session comes with an experience guide, full of info and tips to get the most out of our time together, including outfit suggestions! Here are a few of my tips.

I love neutral tones, they are classic and timeless. Softer color palettes flatter all skin tones, you can't go wrong with soft colors. Layers and a pop of color or flowy flowery dresses are great too. Remember to coordinate not match your family's outfits.

You want to avoid bright colors, like red, yellow etc. Whatever colors you are wearing will reflect onto your skin. 

Here are some suggestions...

  • loose and flowy items

  • long dresses

  • tunic style shirts with white jeans

  • pastels

  • creams

  • neutrals

  • white
